Chase Brown is an Aquatic Biologist based out of SOLitude’s Newport News, VA, office. Chase has extensive experience managing private ponds, cultivating trophy bass and analyzing fisheries data. Chase has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA. Prior to joining SOLitude, Chase managed a remote camp for Sockeye and Coho Salmon for Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association in Kenia, AK, and also spent time working with TX Parks & Wildlife, as well as another lake management services provider in Texas.
Adam Burger is an Environmental Scientist serving clients in Missouri and surrounding states in the Mid-West. He works with clients to determine their long-term waterbody goals and uses proven and ecologically-sound strategies to exceed their expectations. Adam has professional experience installing and servicing fountains and aerators, as well as managing aquatic vegetation and algae. Adam graduated from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.
Bobby Rae Allen is an Environmental Scientist based out of SOLitude’s Northern Virginia office. Bobby Rae works with clients to implement sustainable lake and pond management strategies and is experienced navigating both the private and public sectors of watershed management. Bobby Rae graduated from Longwood University in Farmville, VA, with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Environmental Sciences. Prior to joining SOLitude, Bobby Rae worked as a river interpreter on the Niobrara National Scenic River in northern Nebraska.
Chris Chick is an Aquatic Biologist focused on serving clients out of SOLitude’s Washington, NJ, office. He is experienced in water quality sampling and analysis, and has a special interest in performing dissolved oxygen profiles in reservoirs and large waterbodies throughout the state. Before joining SOLitude full-time in 2018, he served as a seasonal team member for two years and gained valuable environmental experience working with Worthington State Forest. He has a degree in Environmental Studies from Stockton University in Galloway Township, NJ.
Matthew Haupt is an Aquatic Biologist serving clients in New England. Matthew is focused on developing effective and environmentally sustainable solutions for his local communities and has a special interest in working with clients to develop integrated management programs. He is also experienced with water quality testing, GIS mapping, and the application of USEPA and state registered pesticides. Matthew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH.
Trent Batson is an Aquatic Specialist serving clients in Delaware and Maryland. He specializes in the management of nuisance aquatic weeds and algae in community ponds and stormwater management facilities, and is experienced in the collection and study of plant life. Trent also has a special interest in water quality monitoring and gained experience with the state of Delaware’s Citizen Monitoring program. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach, VA.
Brendon Donnelly is a Business Development Consultant responsible for educating clients and helping the team build relationships with new partners in Alabama and Mississippi. Brendon has nearly a decade of experience in successful market growth and studied Business Management at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. Before joining SOLitude, Brendon worked for a leading lawn management company, where he executed new sales growth strategies while maintaining a high yield of clients.
Whitney Kochheiser is an Executive Assistant who supports SOLitude’s CEO, Kevin Tucker, from the company’s Virginia Beach, VA, office. Whitney works closely with company leadership to coordinate and execute corporate projects. Whitney has an extensive background in advertising sales and executive office management; she credits her diverse experience to working with multiple corporations in Washington, DC.
