    New Scientists and Professionals Join SOLitude's Growing Team

    SOLitude Lake Management is pleased to officially welcome six of its newest hires to the company’s growing team. These accomplished professionals, spanning from the Northeast to the West, bring extensive experience and a passion for restoring the health and beauty of aquatic ecosystems in their local communities.

    Jameson-Bastarche webJameson Bastarche is an environmental scientist based out of Shrewsbury, MA. He specializes in the development of aquatic management plans that prioritize the ecological health of aquatic ecosystems. He is also experienced in conducting large-scale alum treatments using specialized equipment. He has assisted with many high-profile nutrient remediation projects across New England. Jameson earned a degree in Environmental Science from Worcester State University. 

    mike-didier-webMike Didier is an environmental scientist based out of Shrewsbury, MA. He has a particular expertise in water quality sampling and dissolved oxygen meter testing. He is also experienced with fountain and aeration installations, and is one of the first people in the country to install nanobubble aeration systems in lakes and ponds for the treatment of Harmful Algal Blooms. Mike graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Environmental Conservation.

    craig-goddard-webCraig Goddard is an aquatic specialist based out of Shrewsbury, MA. He takes pride in educating clients about their waterbodies and is experienced in developing custom aquatic management solutions for all types of aquatic ecosystems. Craig is also knowledgeable about sustainable management strategies, including shoreline buffer management, beneficial aeration, and nutrient remediation. He graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in Environmental Geography.

    nolan-norris-web-newNolan Norris is an aeration and fountains specialist who supports clients across Florida. He focuses on the installation and routine maintenance of these beneficial aeration systems and is experienced in the implementation of other proactive management strategies that encourage healthy, long-lasting aquatic ecosystems. Nolan plays a valuable role in ensuring the aesthetic and budgetary goals of his clients are met. Nolan has a powersports mechanic degree.

    leslie-bruns-webLeslie Bruns is a business development consultant who supports clients in Arizona, Southern Nevada, and Southern California. She assists private homeowners, associations and municipalities plagued by water quality impairments and introduces them to sustainable solutions that help them achieve their lake and pond goals. Her genuine passion for teaching others makes her a valuable resource for her clients. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth. 

    Chris Olivia - webChris Oliva is a business development consultant based out of SOLitude's Washington, NJ office. He is focused on building and maintaining relationships with local customers in order to help solve their lake and pond management needs. He understands each waterbody is unique and requires a custom, dedicated approach to achieve long-lasting health and beauty. Chris earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
