How Our Kind SOLs Served Their Local Communities in 2024
At SOLitude, our commitment to community service has always been at the forefront of our mission. Since 2010, SOLitude has been committed to improving the communities we serve by engaging in volunteering and community outreach programs through The SOLution. This is particularly important to us during the holiday season.
In 2023, we proudly launched our new community outreach program, Kind SOLs, which evolved from our long-standing Little GOBBLERS initiative. Kind SOLs is a company-wide Thanksgiving food drive that encourages our colleagues to give back to the communities they serve during the holiday season. This year, offices across the nation collected non-perishable food items for local food banks and other organizations, ensuring families in their communities could enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving meal. In addition, we offered our colleagues the opportunity to step away from their daily tasks and engage in volunteer work at local food banks.
How our Kind SOLs have made a difference in 2024
In 2024, the Kind SOLs program made a significant impact, engaging our employees in meaningful service and support for those in need. With 45 enthusiastic participants, our team dedicated a total of 135 volunteer hours to making a difference. Our team donated to and worked with various Food Banks and community outreach organizations including the Gladious Food Pantry in Southwest Florida, StandUp for Kids in Virginia, Blessings Food Bank in Southeast Florida, and the Harvesters Food Distribution and Worcester County Food Bank in Massachusetts. Highlights from our Kind SOLs program include:
- Virginia Beach, VA: Colleagues in Virginia Beach packaged 50 bags of essential items that will go to underprivileged youths in the community through the StandUp for Kids program.
- Southwest, FL: Members of our Southwest Florida offices worked together to pack meals for more than 800 families in the region at the Gladious Food Pantry.
- Shrewsbury, MA: Our Massachusetts colleagues collected more than 300 pounds of food for their local Worcester County Food Bank.
- Southeast, FL: Team members came together to donate and package food at the Blessings Food Bank.

Through our Kind SOLs outreach program, SOLitude is committed to making a lasting impact within our communities.
