SOLitude Welcomes Regional Sales Leader, Scientists to Growing Team

SOLitude Lake Management is pleased to officially welcome eight of its newest hires to the company’s growing team. These accomplished professionals, spanning from the Northeast to the Southwest, bring extensive industry experience, a wealth of education and a passion for restoring the health and beauty of aquatic ecosystems in their local communities. 

ben-german-webBen German is a fisheries biologist serving clients from SOLitude’s Shrewsbury, MA office. He helps design and execute comprehensive lake management solutions for clients, with a particular focus on fisheries management, water quality monitoring and analysis, and nuisance plant management. Ben has a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture from SUNY Cobleskill, as well as a Master of Science degree in Lake Management from SUNY Oneonta.

lauren-sullivan-web2Lauren Sullivan is an environmental scientist based out of Shrewsbury, MA who assists SOLitude’s mechanical division with invasive weed control services, surveys, reports, proposals and GIS mapping. She is passionate about conservation and preserving natural resources and comes to SOLitude with 10-years of experience in several environmental disciplines. Lauren graduated in 2010 from Westfield State University with a degree in Environmental Science and a minor in GIS. 

alex-headshot-webAlex Abriola is a wildlife & fisheries scientist serving clients in SOLitude’s Nashville, TN market. He focuses on providing sustainable lake, pond and fisheries management solutions for waterbodies across the region. Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife & Fisheries from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining SOLitude, he gained extensive experience with the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency, where he conducted studies on invasive Asian Carp.

rease-patrick-web-newRease Patrick is an aquatic specialist based in SOLitude’s Tyler, TX office. He specializes in the sustainable management of aquatic weeds and algae for homeowner’s associations, private property owners and municipalities. He also has a special interest in fisheries habitat management. Rease has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with focus areas in wildlife management, forestry and history from Mississippi State. He also has an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Forestry. 

Scott dye-webScott Dye is an aquatic specialist focused on providing sustainable lake, pond and wetland management solutions for clients throughout Orlando and Central Florida. Scott’s expertise extends to invasive aquatic plant identification and treatment, water quality management and proactive strategies to reduce nutrient loading while improving the long-term health and beauty of freshwater ecosystems.Scott is drawn to the lake management industry due to his passion for the outdoors.

mike-dillon-webMichael Dillon is the regional sales manager for SOLitude’s South, Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions. Based out of South Jersey, he helps his team build strong relationships with clients and ensures that their needs are exceeded by the entire SOLitude sales team. Michael has more than 15 years of experience leading business development teams and comes to SOLitude from the water purification industry. Michael studied Business Administration from Manor College in Philadelphia.

meghan-stewart-webMeghan Stewart is a regional administrator based out of SOLitude’s Shrewsbury, MA office. She is one of the first points of contact for clients and works hand in hand with regional directors and SOLitude’s scientific teams to ensure client needs are quickly and thoroughly addressed. Meghan attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, where she studied Business Management. Prior to SOLitude, Meghan fine-tuned her expertise through her role as a stewardess on a private yacht.

april-headshot-webApril Hall is a procurement specialist based out of SOLitude’s Newport News, VA office. She focuses on streamlining processes between sales, vendors and field staff to more efficiently provide services to clients. April has over 25 years of experience in customer service, purchasing, receiving, inventory, Human Resources, payroll and bookkeeping. Before SOLitude, April worked in the electronics industry, and later served as a project manager for an audio/video & security company.
