District Manager, Aquatic Biologist
Alan Wilson is the District Manager and a microbiologist and fisheries scientist overseeing our Central Florida region. With over 11 years of experience in the industry, he is passionate about maintaining aquatic ecosystems through proactive management strategies for lakes, ponds, and wetlands. Alan plays a crucial role in ensuring our Central Florida clients are satisfied and receive efficient and effective solutions for their waterbodies.
Outside of work, Alan enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and three boys.
Josh Taylor
Operations Manager, Aquatic Biologist
Josh Taylor is an Aquatic Biologist and Operations Manager responsible for ensuring SOLitude’s clients receive exceptional water quality management services. He is passionate about making sure the lake and pond goals of his customers are achieved using the most natural tools and solutions as possible.
Josh has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida. In addition, he successfully completed the USCS/USAMT Airboat Operator Certification Course.
Josh was born-and-raised in Central Florida and has been a valuable member of the SOLitude team for more than 10 years.
Kyle Wilson
Operations Manager
Kyle Wilson serves as the Operations Manager for SOLitude Lake Management’s Wesley Chapel office in Lutz, Florida. He began his career with SOLitude as a field technician and quickly grew into leadership, driven by a strong work ethic, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering meaningful results for clients. Kyle prides himself on building long-term customer relationships through communication, trust, and dependable service.
Known for fostering a fun, supportive, and rewarding team culture, Kyle believes that when crews are energized and united, their work in the field reflects it. His favorite part of the job is watching a struggling pond transform into a thriving aquatic environment—a reminder that “teamwork makes the dream work,” and that great outcomes happen when everyone is committed to the same goal.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors and connecting with friends, family, and members of the community he serves.
Andres Lopez
Operations Manager, Aeration & Fountains (Central FL)
Andres Lopez the Operations Manager for fountain and aeration projects in Central Florida. He enjoys working with clients to find the perfect aeration solution for their unique lake or pond.
Andres has a Biology degree and has experience management both lakes and ponds, as well as mosquitoes.
Scott Schneider
Operations Manager, Aquatic Specialist
Scott is an Operations Manager and Aquatic Specialist in Central Florida. He has extensive experience working with team members to ensure services are being deployed in a timely manner and clients are receiving superior service. Scott has been in the aquatics industry for over 8 years and he enjoys helping our clients maintain beautiful, healthy lakes and ponds.
Scott previously worked as a Golf Course Superintendent for 30 years where he oversaw the turf maintenance as well as the water features on the course. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, kayaking, boating and spending time outdoors.

Stephen Amrhein is a Business Development Consultant in the Central Florida area. Stephan has extensive experience in the aquatic, mosquito, and environmental services industry. He enjoys working with communities, businesses, golf courses, and municipalities to build sustainable lake, stormwater pond, and wetland management plans.
Stephen is a Navy veteran and enjoys spending his free time on his boat.
