    Job Description Summary:

    The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Customer Support organization. Reviewing and assessing the current organizations process seeking ways to enhance the overall customer experience. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Drive process improvements focused at improving our customers overall experience
    • Build/Manage a customer support organization that is solution oriented and customer centric
    • Develop and implement reports as they relate to customer satisfaction 
    • Analyze reports to determine process improvements
    • Mentor, motivate and provide guidance to the regional administrators
    • Working closing with the marketing team develop and drive a customer retention program
    • Take ownership of customer issues ensuring there is a quick resolution
    • Foster a good working relationship with the leaders within the organization and other functional areas
    • Design a training program for existing and new hires on all policy and procedures within the organization

    Job Description Summary:

    Job Responsibilities:

    The Regional Administrator position’s primary focus is to function as a liaison for questions, information requests, concerns or other inquiries from clients in order to provide the highest level customer experience possible. The Regional Administrator will also work closely with the local Territory Leader to support general operations and assist with special projects.

    • Handle all incoming calls to assigned region, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate person
    • Create Sales Orders/Quotes for customers placing phone orders
    • Work closely with the sales organization on sales proposals, providing service and profitability reports, creating Welcome Packets to potential new clients
    • Proactive review customer account information to ensure accuracy
    • Ensure customers payments are current; proactively reaching out to customers whose account is past due
    • Process customer payments

    Job Description Summary:

    The Human Resources Generalist will fulfill an all-inclusive generalist support role. This position will provide hands-on partnership in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, training and development, employee engagement, recruiting and staffing, change management, and organizational dynamics. The Human Resources Generalist will be instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs that add value to the organization and are aligned with business objectives.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day support and counsel to functional locations in the areas of employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, policy interpretation, and employee development. Act as first line resource to managers and employees on HR issues and partner with them to implement solutions. Work with managers and their teams to assess needs, and develop and implement appropriate plans to increase employee engagement and drive organizational performance.
    • Champion the Employer of Choice initiatives; providing support, education and counsel to field leadership in the recruiting, selecting and retaining of colleagues. (Veterans, women, etc.)
    • Lead HR program roll-outs for functional locations. Assess effectiveness of HR practices/ actions and recommend enhancements. Look for opportunities to improve programs and provide training that will yield better behavior and results.
    • Educate management team on talent management strategies, development opportunities, succession planning, compensation planning, and policies/procedures. Partner with management teams to continually evaluate and develop all employees within the organization (including skill building, career planning, and retention programs).
    • Assess training and development needs and develop/implement solutions. Conduct training programs such as supervisory training, staff skills & on-boarding initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance and consistency to HR practices, and adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations both as a consultant and oversight to all location reps within the West Market locations assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related Business field is preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of professional level HR generalist experience is required.

    Job Title: Mechanical Specialist

    Department: Operations

    Employer/Hiring Company Overview:

    SOLitude Lake Management (SOLitude) provides aquatic management services to lakes, ponds, reservoirs, and wetlands. SOLitude offers a wide variety of management options including; fishery programs, algae and aquatic weed control, mechanical harvesting/hydro-raking, installation/maintenance of fountains and aeration systems, and biological analysis comprising of water quality testing and surveys (vegetation, bathymetry, sedimentation). SOLitude has extensive experience with invasive species control and is a leading partner in a wide variety of programs from private homeowners to state-wide restoration projects.

    Job Description Summary:

    The primary responsibility of the Mechanical Specialist (I) is to participate in onwater mechanical management operations in a manner that meets company/client expectations and regulatory compliance. This team member fosters the SOLitude culture, value, and service performance standards.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Aid in the mobilization/demobilization of all equipment
    • Assist in the staging of environmental control measures per permit requirements
    • Operate SOLitude machinery effectively – primarily small watercraft, aquatic weed harvester and aquatic hydro rake.
    • Log all appropriate information regarding mechanical projects in log book – date, project, material collected, loads, etc.
    • Discuss project successes/failures with Project Coordinator for future planning
    • Support the Mechanical Division with maintaining/fixing equipment in a group setting
    • Log all work performed on mechanical machinery in the affiliated log book
    • Collect and return all company receipts in an organized fashion
    • Travel and lodge at various locations, project specific
    • Ability to trailer and tow mechanical equipment.

    Education:

    • Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent

    Experience Requirements:

    • 1-3 years in the mechanical field

    Job Description Summary:

    Performs all field and other related work required to service each of the company’s customers and to help the business grow by performing the following duties personally.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Coordinate daily schedule to ensure all services are completed on schedule.
    • Plan daily field and client related work, provide detailed notes and service instructions to ensure the highest quality service is provided efficiently to increase the number of billable hours performed per day.
    • Service customer’s ponds and lakes as required to provide superior quality and service in the fulfillment of all company contracts, service orders, and other related customer needs.
    • Diagnose and treat for algae, submersed and floating weeds, shoreline weeds, non-desirable buffer vegetation, and any other unwanted vegetation and water quality issues.
    • Diagnose and service fountains, aerators, fisheries, sonic solutions, and all other related equipment maintenance.

    • Perform other related duties as assigned including participation in Company meetings, communication and events.
