    Job Description Summary:

    Business Development Consultants are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region. In addition, they execute sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area via trade shows, home owners’ associations and industry events.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop a territory growth plan and provide updates on progress vs. plan via CRM.
    • Secure prospective client appointments via participation in targeted prospecting, drop-offs, cold calling and other selling strategies (i.e. marketing lead generation).
    • Prepare for appointments by executing prospective client research, tailoring sales materials and leveraging available resources.
    • Meet with prospective clients to secure their business. Execute appropriate follow-up client meetings to complete sales process.
    • Meet client time-lines and deliverables for service via close coordination with operation stakeholders.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Duties include a wide variety of work around lake, stream, canal, wetland, and hillside erosion areas. Erosion control and shoreline restoration work will be performed through various methods and may require cutting, raking, chipping, grading, staking, sodding, etc. Assisting with the planting of repaired sites is also required. Considerable road and highway travel are required away from the regional field office.

    On the job training is provided. This position requires the laborer to work outdoors in Florida’s hot and humid weather.

    Management Responsibilities and Duties:

    Responsible for providing excellent service to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Supervision of all field and shop activities of service technicians including reviewing maintenance reports, receiving and monitoring request for service, installation, quotes, setting schedules, truck and equipment maintenance, monitoring parts inventory and performing monthly equipment maintenance and inventory.

    Other Responsibilities and Duties:

    Consist of outdoor work on and around lakes and ponds, operating small boats, performing equipment installations, maintenance and repairs. Must be able to carry up to 75 pounds on un-even shorelines. Bending, stooping, twisting and carrying of multiple objects and/or tools required. Install, service & repair electric motors, water pumps and air compressor systems. Applicants must be responsible and dependable and mechanically inclined with some electrical knowledge beneficial. Company is willing to train qualified applicants in these skills. This a great job opportunity with potential for income growth and career advancement.

    Travel:

    Overnight travel to the Jacksonville area, using the company vehicle, will be required.

    Requirements:

    A valid Florida driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in past six years, subject to random drug testing as part of our Drug Free Workplace program, possess a high-school degree or GED, must be able to pass a basic swim test (for safety reasons) and comply with a clean-cut dress code.     Job Description Summary:

    This position necessitates an energetic, self-motivated and meticulous individual to assist with the daily operations of the fast paced and detail-oriented Service and Contracts departments. The Service & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for processing customer contracts as well as a high volume of service orders while ensuring the integrity of the data and meeting month end deadlines. This position will be responsible for effectively and accurately processing routine and non-routine transactions by drawing on multiple information sources and understanding multiple effects of the transaction. The Service & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for researching and resolving any discrepancies found, as well as maintain and publish standard reports for service operations..

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Customer Contracts which may include setting up the customer account and service items.
    • Review and post high volume of finished service orders daily ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Review and prepare billable work invoices.
    • Follow up with all Regional Leaders for timely updates and holding them accountable for completed work by original expected finish date.
    • Primary point of contact for all contract and service order inquiries and issues via email and phone.
    • May be assigned additional duties and/or special projects.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or 5+ business related experience.

    Experience, Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

    • Five or more years’ business or related experience.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of Pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.
    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
    • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

    Job Description Summary:

    This position necessitates an energetic, self-motivated and meticulous individual to assist with the daily operations of the fast paced and detail-oriented Service and Contracts departments. The Service & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for processing customer contracts as well as a high volume of service orders while ensuring the integrity of the data and meeting month end deadlines. This position will be responsible for effectively and accurately processing routine and non-routine transactions by drawing on multiple information sources and understanding multiple effects of the transaction. The Service & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for researching and resolving any discrepancies found, as well as maintain and publish standard reports for service operations..

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Customer Contracts which may include setting up the customer account and service items.
    • Review and post high volume of finished service orders daily ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Review and prepare billable work invoices.
    • Follow up with all Regional Leaders for timely updates and holding them accountable for completed work by original expected finish date.
    • Primary point of contact for all contract and service order inquiries and issues via email and phone.
    • May be assigned additional duties and/or special projects.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or 5+ business related experience.

    Experience, Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

    • Five or more years’ business or related experience.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of Pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Perform quantitative and qualitative fishery and aquatic investigations and analysis using a variety of techniques including; electrofishing, seining, and netting as it pertains to each site and client.
    • Transport and stock fish into ponds and lakes.
    • Support the Fisheries Team and support staff with field and technical support.
    • Assess fishery habitat in ponds and lakes and install beneficial habitat as needed.
    • Perform bathymetry studies to create contour maps of lakes and ponds.
    • Diagnose and treat for algae, submersed and floating weeds, shoreline weeds, non-desirable buffer vegetation, or other unwanted vegetation and water quality issues.
    • Perform fountain and aerator installs, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Communicate with clients as needed to keep them informed of work performed, issues discovered, and any other item of need or interest.
    • Extended/overnight travel will be required at times for training and professional functions as well as to remote locations for fish sampling operations.
    • Work daily to ensure that all equipment, trucks, trailers, and warehouse facilities are maintained in clean working order.

    • The work performed is heavy manual labor and / or applying herbicides to control weeds in a wet environment. Wildlife encounters will be part of the job experience as is wading out into lakes and wetlands, so workers in this position must be comfortable performing work in that environment.
