    Job Description Summary:

    The Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for assisting the marketing team with lead generation, website and inbound/content marketing tactics, trade show and event registrations and logistics, and a variety of other tasks to support the growing firm. The Marketing Coordinator will support the senior marketing staff with projects and tasks, from start to finish, with professionalism and accuracy.     Job Responsibilities:

    Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Build partnerships with key industry organizations. Research and register for memberships and sponsorships, identifying opportunities for branding, lead generation and sales networking.
    • Assisting with lead generation and sales support efforts by continually adding key prospecting contacts into a customer relationship management (CRM) database.
    • Effectively organize and manage all trade show registrations, logistics and the events calendar/app.

    Job Description Summary:

    Our Fisheries Biologist is responsible for servicing our client’s lakes and ponds with a primary focus on electrofishing, seining, trapping, liming, fish stocking, installing feeders and testing water quality. Fisheries Biologist will work client’s to development and implement short and long-term plans. Fisheries Biologist must also perform other related work required to service each of the company’s
    customers and to help the business grow by performing the following duties personally.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Perform quantitative and qualitative fishery and aquatic investigations and analysis using a variety of techniques including; electrofishing, seining, and netting as it pertains to each site and client.
    • Transport and stock fish into ponds and lakes.
    • Support the Fisheries Team and support staff with field and technical support.
    • Assess fishery habitat in ponds and lakes and install beneficial habitat as needed.
    • Perform bathymetry studies to create contour maps of lakes and ponds.
    • Diagnose and treat for algae, submersed and floating weeds, shoreline weeds, non-desirable buffer vegetation, or other unwanted vegetation and water quality issues.
    • Perform fountain and aerator installs, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Communicate with clients as needed to keep them informed of work performed, issues discovered, and any other item of need or interest.
    • Extended/overnight travel will be required at times for training and professional functions as well as to remote locations for fish sampling operations.
    • Work daily to ensure that all equipment, trucks, trailers, and warehouse facilities are maintained in clean working order.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    Job Description Summary:

    The Inside Sales Representative will focus on new customer acquisition as well as add on services for existing clients. This position involves cold calling existing and orphaned leads and opportunities already logged in the CRM as defined by management. Provide prospective customers /clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing a sales pipeline to achieve the performance goals as defined by management.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target
    • Clearly identify and execute the Inside Sales 5 Step Sales Approach
    • Research existing and orphaned leads and opportunities for follow up and reintroduction to the sales process
    • Qualify or re-qualify the lead and opportunity
    • Action new leads as defined by the VP of Sales
    • Set appointments with the proper decision makers via phone or preferable
      Google hangout when available
    • Present information about all of SOLitude’s products and services
    • Update lead / opportunity contact details in the CRM accurately and consistently
    • Follow pricing guidelines according to SOLitude policy
    • Complete miscellaneous administrative functions
    • Log all sales related activity properly in the CRM
    • Proper use of telephony systems to record call and appointment activities
    • Complete appropriate agreements with customer and acquire necessary signatures
    • Follow up with Regional Administrators regarding issues that prevent installation (credit check, missing information, etc.)

    Measures of Success:

    • Place a minimum of 25 new calls per day*
    • Run a minimum of 5 phone appointments per week
    • Close a minimum of $25,000 in contract revenue per month
    • Maintain an opportunity close rate of at least 33%
    • Maintain a lead to opportunity conversion rate of at least 15%

    *25 new lead or opportunity records should have first attempt calls made each day along with additional follow up calls, second attempt calls, phone meetings and google hangout sessions with prospect accounts.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    • A minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.
    • A minimum of 2 years' related experience preferred

    The Environmental Permit Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and filing of the local, state, and federal environmental permits required to execute our contracted pond and lake management services.
