    Job Description Summary:

    Job Responsibilities:

    Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Coordinate daily schedule to ensure all services are completed on schedule.
    • Plan daily field and client related work, provide detailed notes and service instructions to ensure the highest quality service is provided efficiently to increase the number of billable hours performed per day.
    • Service customer’s ponds and lakes as required to provide superior quality and service in the fulfillment of all company contracts, service orders, and other related customer needs.
    • Diagnose and treat for algae, submersed and floating weeds, shoreline weeds, non-desirable buffer vegetation, and any other unwanted vegetation and water quality issues.
    • Diagnose and service fountains, aerators, fisheries, sonic solutions, and all other related equipment maintenance.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Duties include a wide variety of work around lake, stream, canal, wetland, and hillside erosion areas. Erosion control and shoreline restoration work will be performed through various methods and may require cutting, raking, chipping, grading, staking, sodding, etc. Assisting with the planting of repaired sites is also required. Considerable road and highway travel are required away from the regional field office (70% travel both in/outside of Florida).

    On the job training is provided. This position requires the laborer to work outdoors in Florida’s hot and humid weather.

    • Lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs. or more.
    • Bend, crouch, push, pull, and balance frequently.
    • Hike/walk on uneven terrain in/and shoreline water with a backpack weighing up to 50 lbs.
    • Be able to function in 90° plus weather in high humidity while wearing safety equipment.
    • For safety reasons, successfully pass a swim test.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the installation and completion of Erosion Control / Shoreline Management projects in the field. Duties include a wide variety of work around lake, stream, canal, wetland, and hillside erosion areas.

    • Erosion control and shoreline restoration work will be performed through various methods and may require cutting, raking, chipping, grading, staking, sodding, etc.
    • Assisting with the planting of repaired sites is also required
    • Considerable travel, including overnight and out of town, are required away from the regional field office
    • Manage, train, and develop field personnel required to service projects and produce excellent in field results
    • Schedule and monitor field staff or subcontractors, coordinating their work with project requirements, to provide the necessary company resources needed for a successful, timely, and profitable completion
    • Inspection and supervision of field crews at their work sites and direct contact with subcontractors and customer representatives will be necessary for job completion
    • Large, complex, and multidiscipline projects will require you to have constant communication with work crews, subcontractors, and our customer to keep the projects on track and yet be flexible in accommodating customer change orders and add-on work
    • Establish and maintain solid relationship with all subcontractors, suppliers, and company personnel

    Job Title: Chat Customer Service Representative

    Job Description Summary:

    The Chat Customer Service Representative position’s primary focus is to function as a liaison for questions, information requests, concerns or other inquiries from clients in order to provide the highest- level customer experience possible. The Chat Customer Service Representative will also work closely with other functional areas of the business including the field teams.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Promptly answer chat customer requests and inquiries.
    • Interact with customers with outstanding etiquette in live chat communications
    • Direct customer chat requests for service to the appropriate sales associate or technician.
    • Respond to customer requests through our various email groups.
    • Assist in responding to emails that are sent to multiple distribution email addresses.
    • Respond to and direct customer requests for products or services.
    • Respond to customer requests that come in when Service Notifications are sent
    • Respond to and investigate “Mail Delivery Failed” emails in an effort to ensure we have correct customer information
    • Research/Update customer account information (type of services, payment history, date of service, contact information, etc.) in Navision and SalesForce upon request.
    • Enter Sales “Leads” for potential new clients and existing clients in SalesForce.
    • Create Sales Orders or Sales Quotes in Navision for customers phoning in orders.
    • Process customer credit card payments.
    • Maintain filing system containing a hard copy of customer contracts/documents.
    • Organize retrieval of incoming shipments and prepare items for outgoing shipment.
    • Create water quality, storm-water inspection, and bathymetry reports using the proper template.
    • Update Navision with any repair or maintenance items indicated by the serving technician.
    • Request authorization for equipment repairs/returns to vendor as needed.
    • Order/Purchase office supplies as needed.
    • Periodically check perimeter of the building and report any issues.
    • Help to handle any alarm, phone, or computer issues.

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Experience, Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

    • One to Two years’ experience in a chat customer service role
    • Have excellent listening and communication skills
    • Have professional writing skills that are clear and concise
    • Demonstrate multi-tasking skills to enter accurate data and type while interacting with customers
    • Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members
    • Self-manage daily tasks and workload
    • Show a high level of personal organizational skills
    • Balance customer demands with Service and Sales team requests
    • Ability to navigate through several applications simultaneously
