Mason Maher is an Environmental Scientist and District Manager who helps lead SOLitude’s local team of aquatic management professionals. He enjoys educating clients about environmental protection practices and sparking people’s interest so they can strive to protect their water resources.
Mason grew up in Cuyahoga County in Cleveland, OH. He moved to Florida to attend Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies.

Bryan is an experienced Operations Manager with a diverse background in managing a variety of outdoor and environmental services. Currently overseeing preserve operations at SOLitude Lake Management, Bryan brings a wealth of expertise in lake management, fountain installation, landscaping, and pest control. With a deep passion for preserving natural landscapes and enhancing outdoor spaces, they ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Before joining SOLitude Lake Management, Bryan gained valuable experience in pest control and landscaping, developing a strong foundation in environmental care and customer service. This well-rounded background allows them to approach operations with a comprehensive understanding of how each service interacts within larger ecosystems.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering superior results, Bryan manages a variety of tasks from coordinating day-to-day operations to overseeing large-scale projects. Their leadership ensures that teams work effectively and clients receive tailored solutions that improve the health and aesthetic of lakes, preserves, fountains, and surrounding landscapes. Bryan’s dedication to excellence in outdoor and aquatic management has made them an invaluable part of the Solitude Lake Management team.
Angel Serrano
Operations Manager - Fountain & Aerations
Angel Serrano is the Operations Manager for SOLitude Lake Management’s Fountain and Aeration division in Southwest Florida. Angel began his career with SOLitude as a Fountain & Aeration Technician, where he developed a deep understanding of installation, maintenance, and service operations.
In his current role, Angel oversees projects from start to finish — ensuring seamless installations, efficient maintenance, and exceptional client experiences. He works closely with both the field team and clients to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that keep water features operating at their best.
Jeff Moding
Senior Business Development Consultant (Southwest FL)
Jeff Moding is an Aquatic Specialist and Senior Business Development Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the lake management industry. Jeff has an extensive background in the management of lakes, ponds and wetlands, and specializes in aeration solutions and invasive species eradication. Invaluable on-the-job experiences have allowed Jeff to play an integral role on thousands of aquatics projects. Jeff helps property managers identify aquatic plant and algae species found on their properties and helps them develop sustainable management plans that encourage a healthy ecosystem. Prior to joining the SOLitude team in 2009, Jeff worked in sales for a leading aquatics company where he grew the wetlands division from 2 to 30 employees and developed his expertise in fountain and aeration products.
Tyler Heverly
Business Development Consultant (SW FL)
Tyler Heverly is a Business Development Consultant for SOLitude Lake Management, serving the Southwest Florida/Fort Myers district. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Tyler holds a degree in Environmental Science with a specialization in wetland management and hydrology.
He brings hands-on experience working with nonprofits and grassroots organizations, including Keep Pinellas Beautiful, where he educated the community and led initiatives to keep local parks clean. Tyler has also partnered with the University of Florida on microplastics research, helping to document the growing environmental risks associated with rising concentration levels.
Originally from the mountains of Northern Georgia, Tyler has called Florida home for nearly 15 years, living in both Boca Raton and the Tampa Bay region. In preparation for his role, he is currently training alongside one of SOLitude’s longest-tenured and top-performing consultants to ensure a seamless transition and strong service for the Fort Myers community.
Tyler’s goals through SOLitude include educating local stakeholders about the benefits of proactive lake and pond management, providing services that promote a healthy and sustainable environment for future generations, and continually growing as a communicator and trusted resource for the Fort Myers region.
