Regional Director: South & Midwest
David Ellison is an Aquatic Biologist with the SOLitude Lake Management team who serves as the Regional Director for the south and midwest regions. He oversees many of SOLitude's large projects focusing on invasive species control, and has developed programs for Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Fisherman's Island Wildlife Refuge and Ft. Eustis, to name a few.
Dave is a certified pesticide applicator for turf, aquatics and public health in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a certified AquaMaster and Aqua Control Technician, a SePRO Preferred Applicator and a certified Stormwater Inspector. His participation in regular continuing education programs keeps his industry knowledge current with the latest technological trends.
Dave is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Prior to joining the SOLitude Lake Management team, Dave was employed as the assistant superintendent for an area golf course. During his years there, he was a licensed pesticide applicator for turfgrass. This experience, coupled with his education, make him a valuable and knowledgeable leader at SOLitude.
Like most of the SOLitude Lake Management team, Dave enjoys being outside and particularly enjoys the ocean. During his time off, you will often find Dave on the beach. He is an avid surfer, enjoys spending time with his family.
Assistant District Manager
Jay Bagley is an Assistant District Manager based out of SOLitude’s Nashville, TN office. He helps ensure the goals of SOLitude’s Midwestern clients are exceeded and serves as a helpful resource for colleagues in the execution of large and high-profile water resource management projects.
Prior to joining SOLitude, Jay worked in the industry with a private firm that served clients in Georgia and South Carolina. Jay has several SePRO and Aquamaster certifications and maintains close relationships with many industry partners valued by SOLitude.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found hunting and fishing.
Business Development Consultant
Bethany Thompson is a Business Development Consultant who has worked in the commercial sales industry for more than 15 years. Bethany regularly educates clients about sustainable lake, pond and wetland management strategies. Her in-depth understanding of customer service and the need to put the customer first has led to a long list of dedicated clients.
Bethany graduated from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale with a degree in Business Management. Before joining SOLitude, she gained extensive knowledge of turf management best practices and nuisance pest control, and frequently relates her thorough expertise to client properties across the state of Florida.
Outside of work, Bethany enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family, especially if she’s in her jeep or on her Harley.
Wildlife and Fisheries Scientist
Alex Abriola is a Fisheries and Wildlife Scientist serving clients in SOLitude’s Nashville, TN market. He specializes in providing sustainable lake, pond and fisheries management solutions for property owners, HOAs and municipalities across the region.
Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife & Fisheries from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining SOLitude, he gained extensive experience with the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency, where he conducted studies on invasive Asian Carp.
As a Nashville native, Alex loves spending time outdoors and is often found fishing, kayaking and hunting. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
Wildlife and Fisheries Scientist,
Zach Luttrell is a Wildlife and Fisheries Scientist and SOLitude Video Ambassador focused on enhancing freshwater resources for clients throughout Central Texas. Zach is knowledgeable about habitat management, prey-predator ratios, supplemental feeding, stocking and other strategies used to cultivate healthy, productive fisheries.
Zach earned a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Prior to joining SOLitude in the fall of 2018, he gained valuable industry experience working with the US Fish and Wildlife Service.
Zach is an avid angler and deer hunter. he loves sports and follows the Tennessee Volunteers regularly. He often spends his spare time outdoors hiking or enjoying the lake in Knoxville with his family.
Business Development Consultant
Jennifer Bonzani, Business Development Consultant, joined the SOLitude team in 2017. Jennifer is focused on helping expand the company’s national footprint by building relationships with business partners and new clients in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.
Jennifer graduated from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining SOLitude, Jennifer worked for Aramark Refreshments for 10 years. At Aramark, she was able to grow and retain the company’s existing client base and transitioned on to new business where she exceeded her goals for new client development. She enjoyed learning the business from all aspects and was a top performer in each of her roles.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She enjoys traveling and new experiences. She looks forward to visiting the Lake of the Ozarks each summer. Jennifer is also a big animal lover and has two dogs of her own at home.
Jordan Hathaway is an Environmental Scientist who works with clients to identify and implement their lake and pond management goals. He is a knowledgeable about many aspects of aquatic maintenance and enjoys restoring the health and balance to our valuable freshwater systems.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Boulder. Prior to joining the SOLitude team in May 2019, he gained experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager with expertise in water quality management and quality assurance.
In addition to his specialty in freshwater management, Jordan has many health and safety certifications, including confined space rescue, first aid and CPR.
