Wesley holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and has 12 years of stormwater, wetland, and aquatic management experience. Prior to joining SOLitude, he managed an environmental consulting firm and was responsible for their significant growth.

In addition to being an Environmental Scientist, Wesley completed training in Advanced and Basic Wetland Delineation, ASTM Phase 1 and 2 training, Delaware Certified Construction review course and Delaware Nutrient Management Certification course. He is a licensed Aquatic Pesticide Applicator in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania and a SePRO Preferred Applicator. He has completed AquaMaster fountain and aerator field service technician training and has completed the Filtrexx Green-Technology Best Management Practices training.
