David Beasley is trying to help people take the guess work and assumptions out of fishery management.
Beasley is a fisheries biologist and serves as the director of fisheries for SOLitude Lake Management, a national company based out of Virginia Beach, but he has been working at the Charlottesville office for two years.
“Managing a lot of types of wildlife, you can see them,” Beasley said. “Anything from farm animals to turkeys and deer, you can just go out and see them. Where fish, you don’t really get a good look at them.”
