    Josh McGarry

    Regional Sales Manager  

    Josh McGarryJosh McGarry is a Regional Sales Manager who helps oversee business development efforts across SOLitude’s Sarasota and Sun City territories. He enjoys helping and educating clients, developing his team, and speaking at industry conferences. He is passionate about supporting his colleagues and being a good steward to the environment by restoring wetlands and waterways to a natural and healthy state.

    Josh earned a Master Naturalist Certification from the University of Florida, and holds a Florida Green Best Management Practices certificate. He has more than 10 years of experience working with SOLitude.

    Josh was born-and-raised in Aurora, NY, in the Finger Lakes region.

    Jason Jasczak

    District Manager
    Fisheries Scientist

    Jason JasczakJason Jasczak is a Fisheries Scientist and District Manager focused on maintaining quality relationships with clients, providing freshwater ecosystem inspections, and creating sustainable maintenance plans that preserve the ecological balance of the natural environment. He has served as a knowledgeable leader on the SOLitude team for nearly ten years.

    Jason earned his degree in Fishery Science from Hillsborough Community College. He also holds Florida Green Best Management Practices and Florida Master Naturalist certificates.

    Jason was born and raised in Hawaii.

    Anthony Flock

    Service Manager
    Marine Scientist

    Anthony FlockAnthony Flock is a Service Manager and Marine Scientist who helps clients achieve their lake, pond and wetland management goals. He specializes in targeted nuisance and invasive plant removal using sustainable solutions. He also serves as a knowledgeable resource for clients.

    Anthony earned his bachelor’s degree in Marine Science from Jacksonville University. Has joined the SOLitude team in 2013.

    Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with family at the beach or around theme parks in Orlando.

    Alex Johnson

    Service Manager

    Alex JohnsonAlex Johnson is a Service Manager who has served SOLitude’s local clients for more than three years. He regularly works with clients to restore and rebalance the health of aquatic ecosystems and coordinates with the aquatic management team to ensure client goals are achieved.

    Alex was born in Fort Smith, AK. He fell in love with the state of Florida after vacationing with his family and decided to move to the area. He enjoys problem-solving and working outdoors.
