    Tara Gamble

    Customer Experience Manager

    Tara Gamble

    Tara Gamble is a Customer Experience Manager serving SOLitude’s clients nationwide. She is responsible for helping her team drive SOLitude’s customer-centric culture as SOLitude continues to grow.

    Tara graduated from Northcentral University with a Doctorate in Business Administration. In addition, she has over two decades of leadership experience supervising and managing diverse teams. She has been able to build strong and effective relationships throughout her career that have resulted in unprecedented results in sales and service.

    Before joining SOLitude, Tara spent three and a half years with Advantage car rental and 21 years with Avis Budget Group in numerous locations throughout the Pacific Northwest, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, California, and Arizona. In her various roles, Tara focused on revenue management, leadership development, customer service, sales, and team building.

    Tara currently resides in Mesa, AZ, but she often returns to where she was raised and learned to love the great outdoors—Jackson Hole, WY. Outside of work, Tara can be found hiking the Grand Tetons, snowmobiling in Alaska, swimming in her backyard pool or watching movies at home with her two children.

    Karen Avery

    Customer Service Representative Lead


    Karen Avery joined SOLitude bringing over 25 years of experience in sales, administration and management including human resource development, international travel, and bookkeeping, most recently in the automotive and security industries. Having worked in retail most of her career, Karen moved into administrative roles over the last few years to give her a unique and diverse experience in business practices.

    Karen supported her husband through his twenty-seven years in the US Navy. She volunteered as the command ombudsman when he was stationed on the USS Ross and worked with Navy families through the fleet and family support groups to help spouses with the challenges of Navy life.

    Karen is a native of the Hampton Roads, VA, area. Even after living in other states, she always considered Virginia Beach her home. Karen enjoys playing volleyball with friends and family and going to art festivals to show support to local artists.

    Becky Snyder 

    Customer Service Representative

    Becky SnyderBecky Snyder is a Customer Service Representative with more than 25 years of business experience. Working out of SOLitude’s office in Shrewsbury, MA, Becky focuses on providing exceptional customer service to each and every client, and providing ongoing support to staff and leadership teams. 

    Becky attended Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, MA. After graduating, she worked in municipal, engineering and construction fields. More recently Becky spent ten years in the commercial property management industry and held positions as property assistant, property manager and tenant services coordinator. During her time in property management, she gained valuable experience in communications and customer service.

    Becky is deeply passionate about volunteering and is very active in SOLitude's community outreach program, The SOLution. Through this program she received the Heart & SOL award in 2018 for her efforts in various charitable initiatives and organizations, including International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, a youth club that teaches leadership training through community service. Becky's dedication to serving others also contributed to her selection as a Volunteer Team Captain for SOLitude's New England region. Likewise, she serves as the North American Ambassador for the 'RI Cares' program, a worldwide charitable initiative established by SOLitude's parent company, Rentokil. 

    Becky is a Massachusetts native. Outside of work and volunteering, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and cooking.

    Mary Jane Moyer 

    Customer Service Representative

    Mary Jane MoyerMary Jane Moyer is a Customer Service Representative for SOLitude’s Georgetown, DE office. She works closely with the sales and operations teams to create and process proposals, welcome new clients and implement special projects throughout the region.

    Mary Jane’s education has primarily focused on Business Administration. Prior to joining SOLitude, she held various administrative positions within town management, the educational system and technology industry. Throughout her career, she earned numerous certifications and took many software courses that strengthened her knowledge and ability to provide exceptional customer service.

    Mary Jane is originally from New England and relocated to Delaware several years ago with her husband. There, she entered the field of property management, initially as a customer service manager and then as a community manager. During her employment as a community manager, she gained valuable knowledge in the fields of lake and pond management. 

    In her spare time, Mary Jane enjoys football, interior decorating, reading, biking, skiing and boating. She and her husband enjoy cooking new recipes and love spending time with their two grandchildren.

    Donna Knemeyer

    Customer Service Representative 

    Donna KnemeyerDonna Knemeyer is part of the customer service team at SOLitude and is typically the first point of contact for prospective and current clients as well as vendor partners. She brings a wealth of business experience.

    Donna served in the United States Navy for 14 years, working in the Command in Control and Training environments. From there, she earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth College (Bryant Stratton College) and was hired to work for the Virginia Beach School System as an Information Processing Specialist in their Special Education Department. Donna also has administrative and customer service experience working for a government contractor, an architectural firm, and the Riverside Health System. Her diverse background has opened many doors and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

    Donna has called Virginia her home since 1974 when she transferred here with the Navy and currently lives in Newport News, VA. Donna enjoys golfing, walking, biking, and reading and is a big fan of UVA football. She says, “Someone has to support them. Sometimes the underdog wins.” She also supports the Green Bay Packers because of her husband and the Washington Redskins because of her oldest son. Donna has two sons, one of which has given her three loving grandchildren to spoil.

    Susan Oraczewski

    Customer Service Representative

    Susan OraczewskiSusan is a Customer Service Representative specialist with more than 25 years of experience. Susan serves as the first point of contact for clients throughout Florida and the surrounding region, and regularly supports field staff and regional directors through the management of client accounts and industrial equipment.

    Before joining the SOLitude team in 2005, Susan was employed in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with a large brokerage firm based in New York for 6 years, and subsequently with a payroll firm for 7 years based in Stuart, FL, overseeing payroll for multiple companies.

    Susan is an accomplished mixed media artist, an avid tropical gardener and enjoys weekend getaways with her husband to different beaches in Florida.

    Raquel Mason

    Customer Service Representative

    Raquel Mason is Customer Service Representative in Florida. She provides daily support for sales, field and operations teams, along with clients and prospective customers.

    Prior to joining the SOLitude team in July 2018, Raquel gained several years of account management experience.

    Raquel is originally from Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys making greeting cards.

    Karen Miller-Warwick

    Customer Service Representative 

    Karen Miller-WarwickKaren Miller-Warwick is a Customer Service Representative based in SOLitude’s Tyler, TX, office. Karen supports the Southwestern team with nearly 30 years of administrative and customer service experience, and is one of the first points of contact for clients.

    Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN. She also has a Master of Arts degree in Marketing Communications from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, where her master’s Thesis was “Establishing a Customer for Life”. Before joining the SOLitude team, Karen gained valuable experience in a variety of fields ranging from the construction industry to the medical industry.

    Karen has lived in the Piney Woods of East Texas for 10 years, but she grew up a native Tennessean in Memphis, which she will always consider her home. Karen considers herself a true GRITS – Girl Raised in the South. As a busy mother of two teenage boys, Karen enjoys supporting her youngest son in sports, singing in her church choir, musical theater, working on crochet and needle crafts, and fellowship with friends and family.

    Courtney Yogerst 

    Customer Service Representative

    Courtney YogerstCourtney Yogerst is a Customer Service Representative serving clients throughout Arizona and the Southwestern United States. She is one of the first points of contact for clients and works hand in hand with regional directors and SOLitude’s scientific teams to ensure client needs are quickly and thoroughly addressed. Prior to joining the SOLitude team in 2018, Courtney served as a fraud analyst and new hire mentor with a global banking brand.  

    Outside of work, Courtney spends most of her time with her young son, Leighton, as well as family and friends. She loves the outdoors and goes camping, fishing, shooting and off-roading as much as possible.

    Community service is also a big part of her life and she’s involved with many environmental volunteer outings, including trash cleanups on trails and in shooting areas. When time allows, she can be found cooking and baking. In fact, she went to culinary school for three years to pursue this passion.

    Jordan Thomas

    Customer Service Representative

    Jordan ThomasJordan Thomas is a Customer Service Representative who supports colleagues and clients out of SOLitude’s Benicia, CA office. She has an extensive administrative background that compliments the needs of our clients and partners. Her bright and personable disposition makes her a valuable asset to the team.

    Prior to joining SOLitude, Jordan worked for a luxury resort in Yountville, CA as an administrative assistant. In this role, she learned how to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage projects. She attended Diablo Valley College in Northern California where she studied English.

    Jordan has a large extended family in the California area and loves spending time with them on the weekends. Her two biggest passions in life are singing and spending time with her beautiful 6-month-old daughter, Aria.

    Veronica Biro

    Customer Service Representative

    Veronica BiroVeronica Biro is a Customer Service Representative who supports clients out of SOLitude’s Pompano, FL office. She serves as a friendly and helpful resource for community managers and property owners interested in freshwater management services. Her role is invaluable to the company and allows SOLitude to efficiently address the needs of customers. Veronica has been with the company since 2013.

    Outside of work Veronica enjoys baking and painting.

    Meghan Stewart

    Regional Support Specialist

    meghan-stewart-web-newMeghan Stewart is a Regional Support Specialist based out of SOLitude’s Shrewsbury, MA office. She supports the team through a wide range of administrative duties, and is often one of the first points of contact for clients. Meghan attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, where she studied Business Management. 

    Meghan is no stranger to life on the water. Prior to joining SOLitude, she fine-tuned her expertise in client relations through her role as a stewardess aboard a private yacht based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. While traveling extensively throughout the Caribbean and Bahamas, she gained hands-on experience with logistics, time management, and problem solving.

    Meghan is a life-long resident of Hopkinton, MA. Like most of the SOLitude team, she enjoys spending time on the water – whether that be offshore tuna fishing or cruising around local lakes with friends. During her time off, Meghan can typically be found at Martha’s Vineyard, horseback riding, mountain biking, or hosting get-togethers for family and friends.

    Regina Brimmer

    Regional Support Specialist 

    Regina BrimmerRegina Brimmer is a Regional Support Specialist who works closely with SOLitude’s fisheries team to support property owners and trophy fishing enthusiasts throughout the country. In addition to serving as one of the first points of contact for clients, Regina supports company leadership and regional staff.

    Regina has an extensive background in customer service and studied Marketing and Human Resources Management at Virginia Tech. Prior to joining SOLitude, Regina spent 15 years in various roles at high-end resorts in Williamsburg, VA. Most recently, she held the position of executive assistant and played a vital role in the successful transition of the resort’s ownership.

    In her spare time, Regina enjoys being outdoors. She has an intense fondness for the mountains and is often found camping, hiking, biking or kayaking. Regina also enjoys reading, knitting and listening to live music; in fact, throughout college she played the clarinet in the highly celebrated Marching Virginians and the bassoon in several music ensembles.

    Carolyn Kurth

    Regional Support Specialist

    Carolyn KurthCarolyn Kurth is an Regional Support Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience focusing on office management, high-level financial reporting, printing and design procurement, and client relations. She works closely with SOLitude’s sales and operations leadership.

    Carolyn’s prior career included working for a privately-owned, multi-million-dollar medical supply franchise, where she began in data entry before quickly rising to the position of Office Manager, and then to the Vice President of Operations. There, she gained extensive experience in operational management, book-keeping and accounting, payables and receivables, payroll, human resources, initiating cost-effective methods of servicing accounts, and setting up a fleet-maintenance division. Carolyn also handled the real estate management of multiple commercial properties for the franchise owner.

    Carolyn moved from Brooklyn, NY, to Hollywood, FL, at a very young age. She attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, where she lived for some time, and is now living in Cape Coral. Carolyn and her husband, Bill, raised two sons, William and Alexander, and have recently become grandparents. Carolyn has always loved animals and is involved in rescue efforts. She has had many exotic and domestic pets, and now has two dogs, Roxy and Storm. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, boating, working on household renovations, and family time playing board games and traveling together.

    Carolyn Stabley

    Accounts Receivable Specialist  


    Carolyn Stabley is a highly accomplished administration professional working out of SOLitude’s Nashville, TN, office. She provides a broad range of administrative duties in assisting the SOLitude staff, as well as regional directors. Carolyn is one of our first points of contact for clients, and she prides herself on her superior customer service skills.

    Carolyn has extensive administrative experience in a variety of fields, from the medical industry to the landscaping industry. She is an extremely organized and disciplined individual with a strong attention to detail. She was instilled these values while being raised as a military child, as both her mother and father served in the US Airforce. Carolyn took those values and challenged herself in becoming a fitness competitor. She was trained by an IFBB coach in bodybuilding and reached the title of a Professional Natural Figure Competitor. She now pushes herself daily to reach the next level.

    On Carolyn’s off time, she is an avid health and fitness guru, and enjoys a strong workout at the gym and preparing healthy meals. She is also a new grandmother and loves spending time with her granddaughter, family, husband and friends.
