He enjoys helping and educating clients on the many benefits of aeration and nanobubble technology. He is passionate about being a good steward to the environment by restoring waterbodies through natural management tools. Josh earned a Master Naturalist Certification from the University of Florida and has more than 10 years of experience with fountains and aeration and has become well-versed in the new nanobubble technology.
Shannon JuniorAquatic Ecologist and Senior Business Development Consultant
Shannon Junior is an Aquatic Ecologist at SOLitude where she is one of our top experts for freshwater management. She has worked in the lake and pond management industry since 2000 and has extensive experience with submersed aeration systems, fountains and educating clients on sustainable solutions and best management practices. Shannon enjoys developing custom lake and pond management plans to enhance her client’s waterbodies to include custom submersed aeration solutions, fountain installs and the new nanobubble treatments. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University.
