SOLitude Welcomes Scientists and Professionals to Growing Team

SOLitude Lake Management is pleased to officially welcome seven of its newest hires to the company’s growing team. These accomplished professionals, spanning from the Mid-Atlantic to the West, bring extensive experience and a passion for restoring the health and beauty of aquatic ecosystems in their local communities.
Noel Browning is an Aquatic Biologist based out of Denver, CO. He has diverse experience managing valuable aquatic resources through creative and solution-based strategies based on sound scientific data. Noel earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Colorado University in Gunnison and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Water Resource Management from California State Fresno.
Nick Hanna is an Environmental Scientist in Manassas, VA. He specializes in helping clients achieve their long-term aquatic management goals while ensuring the health and ecological balance of the ecosystem is maintained. Nick graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and a concentration in Human and Ecosystem Response to Climate Change.
Matt Bovard is an Aquatic Specialist in Oxford, PA. He is a knowledgeable resource with a thorough background in watershed management and helps clients set and achieve long-term goals for their aquatic ecosystems. Matt earned his degree in Environmental Studies from Salisbury University. During his undergraduate career, he was spent summers as a kayak eco-tour guide for the National Park Service on Assateague Island.
John Guffey is an Aquatic Specialist in Fort Myers, FL. He has more than 30 years of experience in the aquatic management industry. In addition to his direct knowledge and experience in lake, pond and wetland ecology, John is committed to educating his clients and helping them determine the best management strategies for their waterbodies, to include nutrient remediation, buffer management, and other sustainable solutions.
Joshua Hendrix is an Aquatic Specialist in Bryan, TX. He helps clients identify and achieve their lake and pond goals and is a knowledgeable resource for property owners throughout the region. In particular, Joshua is passionate about fisheries and specializes in all aspects of trophy fisheries management. Joshua has extensive aquatic management experience and previously served as a property manager at a well-known Texas ranch.
Anthony Internicola is a Business Development Consultant serving clients in Northern Virginia and the Washington DC Metropolitan District. He focuses on creating lasting, trusting relationships with property owners throughout the region. He graduated from Bridgewater College with a degree in Business. Throughout his career, Anthony has gained valuable skills in client relations.
Ysabella Bhagroo is a Digital Marketing Specialist in Virginia Beach, VA. She specializes in the production of video content and helps lead SOLitude’s video marketing strategy. Additionally, Bella focuses on digital and print media design, search engine optimization (SEO) and Google Ads campaigns. Bella earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences Communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
