SOLitude Lake Management Uses Social Media Campaign to Donate to Our Wounded Veterans

by: SOLitude Lake Management   |   Jul 01, 2015

Through its corporate volunteering and outreach program, The SOLution, SOLitude Lake Management, an industry leader in lake and pond management, fisheries management and related environmental services for the Eastern United States, is engaged in their third annual social media campaign to support their donation to Wounded Wear, a non-profit organization that is soon rebranding as the Combat Wounded Coalition. The mission of the Combat Wounded Coalition is to optimize the potential of combat-wounded warriors by mitigating the effects of trauma, expanding personal capabilities, and inspiring our heroes to find individual, unique purpose to create the life they want.

From June 15 through July 15, as our country celebrates freedom and independence, SOLitude will donate $5 for each new follower to any of their social media channels or informative blog, to help show support of the Combat Wounded Coalition’s new expanded mission.

From a similar campaign in 2014, SOLitude donated $8,290.00 to Wounded Wear.

“Wounded Wear recognized we must build a coalition to achieve success. This is why companies like SOLitude Lake Management are so vital to this Coalition,” said Jason Redman, wounded warrior and Founder of Wounded Wear and the new Combat Wounded Coalition. “We are honored to be supported by them again this year.” He noted the importance of companies like SOLItude that encourage their employees to get involved, raise awareness and help make a difference in the lives of combat wounded warriors.
