Doug Hawpe, Hunter Poland and Karen Avery will be instrumental in SOLitude’s growth and continuing commitment to providing clients with high quality, value added services.
Doug Hawpe is a Natural Resources Specialist and is an upcoming candidate for a Master of Natural Resources degree from Virginia Tech, in addition to his undergraduate degree in horticulture and landscape architecture, also from Virginia Tech. He comes to SOLitude with extensive experience in the stormwater, environmental, landscape and turfgrass industry.
Hunter Poland is an Environmental Scientist who earned his undergraduate degree from Ferrum College in Virginia. He has gained experience during his education by participating in environmental sustainability and agricultural management programs, as well as having previous professional experience in horticulture, grading, excavation, and related site work.
Karen Avery brings over 25 years of experience to SOLitude, and will be instrumental in supporting the client relationship management and business development team.
