    SOLitude Welcomes New Aquatic Management Professionals to Growing Team

    SOLitude Lake Management is pleased to officially welcome six of its newest hires to the company’s growing team. These accomplished professionals, spanning from the Northeast to the West, bring extensive experience and a passion for restoring the health and beauty of aquatic ecosystems in their local communities.

    Lauren Malinis is an environmental scientist in Benicia, CA. She specializes in monitoring aquatic ecosystems and providing sustainable solutions that achieve the long-term goals of her clients. She is a knowledgeable resource with an array of industry experience and achievements. Lauren earned a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Marine and Coastal Ecology at California State University Monterey Bay.

    Zachary Cartwright is a fisheries scientist based out of Chesapeake, VA. He assists clients with the environmentally-sustainable management of their aquatic ecosystems throughout the region. He specializes in the installation and maintenance of floating fountains and aeration systems, managing aquatic vegetation and restoring water quality. Zachary earned his degree in Fisheries Conservation from Virginia Tech.

    joe-cromerJoe Cromer is an environmental scientist who serves clients in Fort Myers, FL. He has a particular expertise in shoreline management and environmental enhancement projects. He is also a firm believer in conservationism and regularly educates his clients about eco-friendly lake management strategies to increase their sustainability footprint. Joe earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of West Florida.

He works with his colleagues to create environmentally-responsible management plans for lakes and ponds while considering each client’s desires and budget. He is committed to helping his clients establish healthy and aesthetically pleasing aquatic resources. Jim received a bachelor’s degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami.

    Daniel Meeker is an aquatic specialist in Tyler, TX. He is experienced in water quality testing, aquatic weed control and other lake management solutions. Daniel helps implement lake and pond management projects for clients of all types. He also works closely with SOLitude’s fisheries team to establish and maintain fish populations across private ponds, trophy fisheries and recreational waterbodies.  

    Josh Jones - webJoshua Jones is a business development consultant who serves property managers, municipalities and private homeowners throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area, as well as Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Josh works closely with SOLitude's team of environmental scientists and fisheries management professionals to educate clients about sustainable aquatic management strategies to help ensure their aesthetic, recreational and functional lake and pond goals are exceeded.
