One Of The Fastest Growing Companies in Hampton Roads for a Third Year

SOLitude Lake Management, an industry leader in lake and pond management, fisheries management and related environmental services for the United States, was named to Inside Business’ 2015 Roaring 20 list for the third consecutive year. The company was honored on November 9 at an awards celebration at the Westin Hotel in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Inside Business’ Roaring 20 award honors only twenty businesses throughout southeastern Virginia who exhibit revenue and employee growth as well as make significant contributions to the local economy. Eligibility includes being headquartered in Hampton Roads, experiencing annual revenue growth from 2012-2014, and having reported gross revenues of at least $2 million in 2014.

SOLitude grew their staff from 26 employees in 2013 to 32 in 2015. In the same time period, they also experienced double digit year over year growth, 20 percent from 2012 to 2013 and 12 percent from 2013-2014.

“The entire team’s continued effort to provide our clients with sustainable solutions, outstanding experiences and value-driven services is reflected in our growth,” said Kevin Tucker, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He noted that a key factor to maintaining growth year over year is the alignment of the team with the goals and values of the company.
